Account-Level Backup Reporting

At Account level, the Dashboard shows at-a-glance summaries of:

• Machines that are unresponsive, in progress or idle
• Profiles and machines with backup or restore alerts
• Machines running outdated agents, ready for update

 

Profile-Level Backup Reporting & Notification

At Profile level, Lightsafe gives your team the machine-by-machine detail needed to manage exceptions and respond quickly, including:

• Start or stop out-of-band backups
• Current machine status and active alerts
• Configured backup schedule
• Last backup size and last backup date
• Peak protected data per machine

Automated notifications can also be configured for key backup events, with optional email override, including:

• Backup successful
• Backup completed with errors
• Backup failed
• Backup cancelled
