Remote Monitoring and Management Integration

Lightsafe can be seamlessly integrated with any RMM tool, including market leaders:

• ConnectWise
• NinjaOne
• Datto
• N-able

This means Lightsafe can be remotely deployed to hundreds of servers at the click of a button.  Once installed, these machines appear within the Lightsafe Platform for simple configuration and immediate backup.

A client restart is not required for Agent installation (providing prerequisites are installed).

Furthermore, Lightsafe Agent actively stamps Event Viewer with custom events.  Any RMM tool can then be deeply integrated with Lightsafe to automate actions such as sending alert emails and raising tickets with integrated ticketing systems.

 

Billing Integration

Lightsafe integrates closely with Stripe to provide sophisticated billing reporting and integration with accountancy software:
